How it works
Focused electromagnetic pulses (HIFEM) stimulate the pelvic floor muscles to contract intensely, similar to a pelvic floor exercise. A 30-minute session produces around 11,000 such contractions. Intensity is set in levels, on the Pro model from 1 to 100 %.
